10 Songs You Might Choose for Your Funeral

Even though I’ve never been to such a ceremony (yet), having some kind of contemporary song played at a funeral on the wishes of the dearly departed is a common thing these days.

This leads to a couple of questions.

(a) Are you interested in playing something non-traditional at your funeral?

(b) What would that song be?

The Huffington Post has this list of 10 suggestions.  I can’t say any of them speak to me, but then again, I really couldn’t care less.  It’s in my will to have my ashes fed to dolphins in the Caribbean.  Seriously.

That being said, if I’m pushed, I might be persuaded to use this one by Peter Gabriel.
