These are 2017’s Highest-Paid Women in Music

Once again, we leave it to Forbes to snoop about the earnings of celebrities to come up with another highest-paid list. In this case, it’s the world’s highest-paid women in music for 2017. All figures are in USD.

  1. Beyonce, $105 million: No surprise here, given the success of her most recent tour. Oh, and she earned this much while having twins.
  2. Adele, $69 million: Even though she couldn’t finish her first proper tour since 2011 because of vocal issues, she still did okay.
  3. Taylor Swift, $44 million: Not bad, considering she was invisible for most of the year as she worked on her Reputation album. Watch this number to jump next year when she goes on the road.
  4. Celine Dion, $42 million: That’s what a Las Vegas residency will do for you.
  5. Jennifer Lopez, $38 million: More Vegas plus she’s a judge and producer of the show World of Dance.
  6. Dolly Parton, $37 million: She’s 71 and still tours like a champ, bringing in at least $500,000 per gig.
  7. Rihanna, $36 million: Touring, touring, touring.
  8. Britney Spears, $34 million: More Vegas, baby. She earns six figures per night.
  9. Katy Perry, $33 million: Sure, she makes money touring, but there are also all the endorsement deals. CoverGirl, Claire’s, H&M…
  10. Barbra Streisand, $30 million: A little lower than last year’s haul of $46 million (her gross from a 14-show tour), but she’s not hurting.
