According to people who study such things, the average British couple spend 22 minutes and 48 seconds in the act of coitus. With that in mind, Superdrug, a British pharmancy chain, created a 23 minute soundtrack that’s designed to help couples burn calories while they boink.

Oh, and you’re supposed to wear headphones for maximum effect. Right. And the music isn’t exactly, well, sexy. In fact, if you’re of a certain age, it might recall grappling in a car sometime in the early 80s. It’s…awful.
