80,000 attendees of Burning Man stuck in a ten-hour traffic jam

The first Burning Man festival in three years has wrapped up in the Nevada desert and by all accounts, things went well (except for the occasional sand storm). The problems began when 80,000 people decided to leave at the same time.

There’s one road out of Black Rock Desert in Gerlach, Nevada. It was jammed. And the temperature soared beyond 40 degrees. Talk about misery.
