808 State Member Going to Jail for Selling Crack and Heroin

Darren Partington, a DJ with Manchester’s 808 State since 1989, has been jailed for trying to raise money to settle a gambling debt by selling heroin and crack.

He owed the dude £300 and the threats started coming in against him and his family. That’s how he ended up subcontracted to the dealer.  Eventually he caught, tried, convicted and now sent to jail.  Read the full story here.
