Interview

A great interview with Canadian super-producer Bob Rock

Forty years ago, Bob Rock was one-half of The Payolas, a Vancouver post-punk/New Wave band who had hits like this.

It turns out, though, his real passion was working the studio as an engineer and a producer. His resume now includes Metallica, David Lee Roth, The Cult, Bon Jovi, Our Lady Peace, Tragically Hip, Motley Crue, Bryan Adams, and dozens of others.

He recently sat down with Gibson TV, an online production from the people who make Gibson guitars. It makes for fascinating watching.
