A mouth-powered synthesizer?

NAMM, the big gathering of music gear manufacturers, took place last week in Anaheim. Along with all the displays on the inside was this guy–he calls himself Lordblobbie–outside demonstrating a new instrument called the Soma Pipe. It’s essentially a mouth-powered synthesizer.
