A Simpsons cover band needs a drummer

Remember the episode of The Simpsons when Homer and his buddies became international superstars as The Be Sharps? Their barbershop quartet had a massive hit with “Baby on Board” before things came crashing down.

This was episode one of season five (1993), the start of the greatest run of Simpsons episodes ever.

The Be Sharps are long gone–no reunion yet?–but their legacy lives on in a Simpsons cover band of the same name. They’ve made their bones by playing material heard on the show over the decade, which has to include “The Monorail Song,” “We Do (The Stonecutters Song,” and “Oh, Streetcar.” There are dozens to choose from.

Are you interested in the gig? It will no doubt be craptacular!

Maybe you’ll be lucky and get to tour with Okilly Dokilly. You’ll get to say “Stupid Flanders” every night.
