Item 1:  Johnny Marr considered joining the band in 1999. From Oasis Newsroom:

At one point in 1999 after Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs and Paul ‘Guigsy’ McGuigan left the band, Oasis even thought of getting to play with them, and he considered joining.

He told NME magazine: ”It was only a contingency. A few phone calls went back and forth between our offices when Bonehead and Guigsy left, but I couldn’t do it, and they knew it wasn’t a good idea.’
