Adele postpones Las Vegas residency. COVID. Or something.

One of the most-hyped concert events of 2022 was supposed to be Adele’s 24-show residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. But with less than a day before opening up, the whole thing has been postponed. Why? COVID.

Not Adele–she’s fine–but too many of her crew are out sick and delivery issues have made it possible to stage anything.

Tickets were selling for insane amounts, approaching US$30,000 for opening night.

It’s regrettable but, you know, COVID. More details here.
