After BB King Died, U2 Paid This Tribute

A big part of creation of both The Joshua Tree and Rattle and Hum was rooted in U2’s fascination with American music, especially the blues. No wonder they approached BB King to perform with them on “When Love Comes to Town.”

When BB died last week, it was only fitting that U2 offered an appropriate tribute when their Innocence + Experience tour began in Vancouver. (Via The NME)
