How Album Covers are Adjusted for the Middle East

The Middle East can be a pretty conservative place, especially when it comes to the baring of female flesh. Petapixel has this feature on how artwork for certain albums are, er, adjusted to reflect those sensibilities. For example, we have this Britney Spears album cover.
