Almost Everyone Settles Over the Indiana Stage Collapse Disaster
Back on August 13, seven people will killed and dozens injured in the collapse of a stage at the Indianapolis fairgrounds just minutes before a set by Sugarland. Out of the 65 claimants for damages, 64 have settled.
The estates of the seven people that were injured will receive $300,000 each. All injured parties will get various amounts for a total of $5 million. Only one person refused to settled, apparently the parent of a child who was injured in the disaster.
