Almost Everyone Settles Over the Indiana Stage Collapse Disaster

Back on August 13, seven people will killed and dozens injured in the collapse of a stage at the Indianapolis fairgrounds just minutes before a set by Sugarland.  Out of the 65 claimants for damages, 64 have settled.

The estates of the seven people that were injured will receive $300,000 each.  All injured parties will get various amounts for a total of $5 million.  Only one person refused to settled, apparently the parent of a child who was injured in the disaster.
