And the winner of the English Beat rare vinyl contest is…
The folks behind the English Beat once again came through with a really cool price pack just in time for the Black Friday edition of Record Store Day. It’s an extremely limited double Red & Blue Vinyl for Record Store Day BLACK FRIDAY 11/29 of SPECIAL BEAT SERVICE (Contains the hits “Save It for Later” and I Confess” along with “March of the Swivelheads” which appeared in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.
Using a complicated random number generator system of my own making, I went through all the entries and found a winner in Steve Bakker of Toronto! Congratulations! You’ll be mailed your Beat package from the US (when this stupid postal strike is over, of course.)
We’ll have to do this again sometime.
