Another Concert Marred by Violence and Death
What’s going on this month? Music has been marred by a series of terrible incidents involving people getting killed.
- Four people died of suspected bad drugs at a festival in the Philippines.
- A gunman opened fire at a concert in Austria and killed four people before killing himself.
- A Japanese pop star was stabbed by an unhinged fan at a meet-and-greet.
The latest features one dead and three wounded after a shooting inside a NYC venue ahead of a TI gig on Wednesday night. Gunfire started around 10:15pm. One man was shot in the chest; another took one in the stomach; a woman was wounded in the leg; a fourth person managed to walk to the hospital on his own.
