Another reaction video from our adorkably naive opera singer. This time, it’s Pink Floyd

I don’t think you can fake the innocence reflected in Elizabeth Zharoff’s reaction videos. I really believe that she was too busy training to be an opera singer as a young woman to be bothered with (or to be exposed to) the rock music of her youth. She’s got some catching up to do. Behold her reaction to Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here.”

  • I’m a fan of this Youtube channel and watch it regularly even when she is covering an artist I don’t care fore. I understand being in a particular musical silo for a lot of your life and missing some things but ‘m not 100% sure I buy the conceit that she’s not heard most of these songs before. That aside however, I do think she offers insight into how a voice can be used as an instrument to convey emotion or and idea and what is required to make it do so. And I like that she tends to focus on the whole song and is not dismissive of artists simply because the are not great singers. And she is delightfully adorkable.
