Apple grossed US$1.65 TRILLION from iPhone sales in the last decade. That is not a typo.

When Steve Jobs unveiled the iPhone on January 9, 2007, there was a sense that this was a Big Deal. But this big? Wow.

Apple has grossed US$1.65 TRILLION from iPhone sales since it went on sale. Breaking that down, that’s 2.3 billion million phones sold since 2013 with 235 million sold just last year. About 35% of all smartphone users have owned at least one iPhone.
