Apple Music introduces City Charts

Although the world has been flattened considerably when it comes to popular music–everything everywhere is listening to much the same stuff–there are still geographical differences. Apple Music has just introduced City Charts which highlights the favourite music of 100 cities in 116 countries around the planet.

If, for example, you want to hear what they’re grooving to Lagos, Nigeria, you just browse, search or ask Siri to take you to Lagos. Boom. There you go.

Apple Music now offers new moving images, lyric sharing, new record label pages, and more. It’ll be fun to mess with the new features.
