Are you a Canadian musician? This survey wants to hear from you about the age of COVID-19

Music Canada, the spokesgroup for the recorded music industry in this country, wants to get a handle on how musicians are dealing with COVID-19. How are you getting by? ARE you getting by? How has the pandemic impacted on your ability to make music? What new skillsets have you had to learn?

Results will be shared later this winter. The data will then be use to shape advocacy efforts with the government and industry partners. This information will also be important when it comes to planning out the recovery phase of the pandemic.

The artist survey can be found here. If you aren’t an artist but know one, please forward it, okay?

Oh, and there’s another survey coming that will ask Canadians about their evolving relationship with music. That’s coming soon. Watch this space.
