Australian DJs are the Worst Tenants EVER

So you agree to rent a house in LA to The Stafford Brothers, a couple of DJs from Australia.  When they signed the lease agreement, they presumably promised to be careful with the property.  Even so, the owner probably expected there to be some damage.  After all, they’re DJs.  And Australian.

However, the following is alleged to have taken place in the house:

–Massive parties complete with “illegal serving of alcohol.’

–The pouring of liquid nitrogen in the house (No, I don’t know what that involved.)

–Installation of a skate ramp.

–Housing of a live kangaroo.  You heard me.

The Stafford Brothers have been slapped with a $125,000 lawsuit–$100K for damages and another $25K for good measure.

Here’s what they used the kangaroo for.
