Available now: Official Tragically Hip “Courage” face masks

Everyone is getting into the face mask game. And why not? COVID-19 will be with us for a while, so get used to mandatory face coverings. Sure you could use those cheap paper ones, but why not make a statement while helping a charity at the same time?

The Tragically Hip have unveiled their “Courage” face masks. All proceeds will go to the Unison Benevolent Fund, an organization that helps Canadian musicians in need. The pandemic has had plenty of musicians asking for help, so here’s a chance to get involved.

The Hip says: “Dear all, by popular demand and sad necessity we want to introduce the new Courage Mask. All proceeds from sales will go directly to the Unison Benevolent Fund. Formed over ten years ago, the Unison Fund provides emergency financial assistance to musicians and their crew members during their time of need. With venues shuttered and tours cancelled for the foreseeable future, the need has never been greater. Please spare a thought and prayer for all folks in the arts during these difficult times. Thanks for the support and thanks for wearing a mask! Stay safe.”
