The Saudis went all out with the welcome they gave Donald Trump when he arrived in the kingdom on his first foreign trip. Unfortunately for Donald (and Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson), they were expected to dance along with the ceremony.
