Beatles parody band The Rutles reunite for a tour!

Before there was Spinal Tap, there was The Rutles, the Monty Python-inspired Beatles-esque joke band. Well, they’re back.

Original members Neil Innes (you remember him as Ron Nasty) and John Halsey (Barrington Womble) have convinced “Rutling” Ken Thornton, Phil Jackson and Jay Goodrich to band together for a tour o the UK in May. Sadly, Python man Eric Idle won’t be joining them.

Just to reacquaint yourself with The Rutles, check out this trailer for their film, All You Need is Cash.
