Better Late Than Never: Elton John Offers New Videos for Three Hits from the 70s

The idea of a music video was still in its ultra-nascent stage in 1971-73. Sure, musicians had been making promotional clips since the early 60s, but we still had a way to go before we got to the modern music video.

Elton John has decided to retroactively remedy the issue for three of his hits from that era. And yes, that is Marilyn Manson in the video for “Tiny Dancer.” He’s playing with a snake. Thanks to Steve for the links.
