According to Music-News.com, anyone who wanted to come to the party had to sign a confidentiality agreement. If you went and then blabbed about what you saw, Bieber had the right to sue you for $3 million.
And this is after cooler heads prevailed. The original punishment was set at FIVE milllion.
No email. No photos. No videos. No texting. No Facebook or Instagram posts. No discussions of anything that went on. What happened inside Bieber’s gates needed to stay inside Bieber’s gates.
TMZ got hold of one of the documents. Does leaking the document constitute a violation of the conditions therein? If so, someone owes Biebs $3 million.
