Bitchy Gossip About the Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger Wedding

Music-News.com reports that the Chavrils registered for over $36,000 in wedding gifts before they were married on July 1 in the south of France.

Family, friends and guests were directed to the registery at Geary’s of Beverly Hills to make their purchases.  Like what?

–Monogrammed Chamart dinner plates and tea cups that matched Avril’s wedding dress ($19,000).

–Moser crystal-guilded gold champagne flutes ($615 each)

–Gold-dipped cutlery (Up to $326 per piece)

If you’re still looking to offer the newlyweds something, you can go with some gold goblets at $410 each. They still need a few more of those.

  • People getting married are expected to register for gifts. It doesn't mean that they expect guests to purchase those gifts, they are mere suggestions for people who don't know what to get the newlyweds. But I will say, I think anyone who is invited to Avril and Chad's wedding can surely afford some of the things mentioned. And you can stop running that disgusting picture of "Chavril". It's stupid and juvenile. These two people are happy, in love, hopefully, and Canadians should be proud of their accomplishments rather than constantly slamming them. Why do Canadians do this to their own people?
