blink-182 is back to hiring Adult Entertainers

On June 1, 1999, blink-182’s Enema of the State album was release. Who was the woman on the cover?

Her name is Janine Lindemulder, an adult entertainer in high standing at the time (She was one of Andrew Blake’s favourites. Please don’t ask me how I know that.) The glove has to do with the fact the album was originally going to be called Turn Your Head and Cough. It has since gone down in history as not just the best-known blink-182 album cover but one of the most iconic pieces of album artwork of all time.

With a new album and tour coming up, the band decided to revisit this theme by creating a tour trailer based on the premise that Travis Barker needs a check-up. Travis, of course, has been beset by health problems with blood clots over the last few years.

The new adult entertainer is Riley Reed, who–well, just watch.
