  • Impressive vocal range.
    For a live cover, though, it seems to be lacking energy. Perhaps I'm spoiled by the same song being covered by Reel Big Fish

    I heard an amazing metal cover of it once too, never found it anywhere though, don't even know who the band was unfortunately.

  • I came across that one when I looked for it.
    The Northern Kings are not metal.
    More like Trans Siberian Orchestra trying to be metal, and the result is not a Reese's style combination.

    I sort of suspect it was a band from France about 20 years ago Les Garcons Boucher. Not a metal (or any other genre) band either, but I know they did death-metal stlye covers of I Shot The Sheriff and some Madonna song back then. Never been able to get a copy of even those I'm 100% sure they did though so not sweating the one I'm not sure of.
