Have Brunch in Black Flag’s Old Rehearsal Space

When CBGB closed and became a John Vavartos store, people wept.  This may give them a reason to keep crying.

Back in the day, the Church in Hermosa Beach, California, was a place where bands like Black Flag, Circle Jerks, Redd Cross and the Descendents practiced.  That space is now Abigale Restaurant, which serves $16 burgers, $30 steaks, $110 bottles of wine and $300 bottles of champagne.  At the same time, though, it tries to maintain a hardcore punk atmosphere with its decorations.
