Where Can Someone Get the Music of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt?

The theme song from Netflix’s Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt has been caught in my head since I saw the first episode last year. It’s easily the most joyful TV theme since Sesame Street.

There are plenty of other music moments through the show’s two seasons, especially from Kimmy’s friend Titus.

Season 2’s “Kimmy Meets a Drunk Lady” (the one with Tina Fey as the psychiatrist with the double life) has a subplot involving cassettes (Titus’ quest for a new cassette shelf may strike a chord with some people) that includes Kimmy’s favourite collection, Now That Sounds Like Music, (“Music inspired by but legally different from the music you love”) which features hits like “Hiking on Sunlight” as opposed to “Walking on Sunshine.” (There’s also a super-goofy takeoff of Night Ranger’s “Sister Christian,” the title of which escapes me.

Question: With all this fun music in the show, is there a soundtrack? Is this music available somewhere? Apparently not. Unlike HBO’s Vinyl, the producers of Kimmy haven’t released any of the music from the show. A shame, considering all the work that must go into creating it.
