Canada 150 Debate: Who is the Greatest Canadian Musician of All Time?

Here’s something we can fight about over the long weekend: Who is the greatest Canadian musician of all time? The people at CJOB/Winnipeg put together this handy bracket, pitting different regions of the country (Poutine, Ketchup Chips, Butter Tart and Peameal Bacon) against each other.
