CES is on in Las Vegas. How a weird musical gadget that allows you to taste music?

CES, the largest consumer electronics and tech show on the planet, is happening this week in Las Vegas. Along with some really cool, useful tech and peeks into the future, there are some weird musical gadgets in search of a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist.

For example, we’ve had musical toothbrushes for years. These things play a little tune as you brush, and when the song is over, you’ve done a good job on your teeth. Now, though, we have Lollipop Star. These lollipops allow you to hear music through bone conduction, sending vibrations through your skull directly to your inner ear.

The company’s slogan is “Taste Your Music.” So far, Lollipop Star suckers offer music from Ice Spice (peach-flavourted), Akon (blueberry), and Armani White (lime).

How much? Just US$8.99. I would have loved to hear the licensing pitch for this one.
