Chart of the Day: The older Taylor Swift gets, the more she swears in her songs (and she now loves the F-bomb)

Those who have only a passing knowledge of Taylor Swift probably believe that she’s so wholesome that she doesn’t even swear in her songs. That would be incorrect. The older she gets, the saltier her lyrical language gets Talk a look at this chart.

As you can see, she drops the F-bomb a lot on the new album, The Tortured Poet’s Department. In fact, the number of f*cks on the new album almost reached the total number of swears on the Midnights album. Actually, the album features more bad words than her first eight albums combined. Granted, TTPD is a double album, but still… And “whore?” That’s a new one.

  • No way. The older you get the more you speak like an actual adult? Mind boggling.
