Colin from the Trews to Sing “Hockey Tonight” Theme Song for the CBC

No, no.  NOT the famous “Hockey Night in Canada” theme.  First, I don’t think that when Dolores Claman wrote that theme in Vancouver in 1968 that she even thought of writing any lyrics.  Second, TSN now owns the rights to that theme.

I’m speaking of CBC’s “Hockey Tonight.”  Colin MacDonald from the Trews has recorded an updated version of the song.  Expect to hear it for the rest of the season and into the playoffs.  Click on the image below to hear it now.
