Cool App That Tracks How You Use Your iPhone

Onavo helps you keep under that nasty data cap by showing you how much bandwidth your using for all the data-hungry apps you have your iPhone including things with GPS functionality.

I can see this being extra-handy because I use so many streaming music services.

They also have an Android version, too. Both are free. (iPhone app can be found here.)
