Primary Objective |
All team members of Senators Sports & Entertainment are held accountable for creating raving fans.
The in-game organist will be a member of the team that entertains fans at Canadian Tire Centre during Ottawa Senators home games.
- The organist will need to report to the building 2.5 hours before each home game to attend the production meeting
- He or she must be able to play a 45 to 60 minute block as fans arrive to the building
- He or she must have a large knowledge of fan chants and activation music
- He or she must be able to play a vast roster or music from memory including current songs and classics from various genres including rock, film scores and pop

Responsible for ensuring that all areas covered by Occupational Health & Safety Act (“OHSA”) are adhered to, specifically:

Using or wearing protective equipment, devices or clothing when required

Reporting any missing or defective equipment or protective device which could endanger himself or herself or another team member

Reporting any contravention of the OHSA regulations or Senators Sports & Entertainment policies and procedures

- Comfortable in front of a large crowd and on camera
- Available for all Ottawa Senators home games (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and some special events
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Hockey knowledge is an asset
- Must be able to work with a variety of keyboards, organs and drum machines
