This footage was shot in Aberdeen, Washington, towards the end of in 1988, not too long after the band officially changed their name to Nirvana. The venue seems to be a bedroom at Krist Novoselic’s place. Note that the drummer is Chad Channing. They’re tuning up to enter Reciprocal Recordings to make the Bleach album just after Christmas.
