This Was David Bowie’s First Movie–And It’s from 1967

If you saw the David Bowie Is… exhibition, you may remember a clip from a 14-minute short Bowie made in 1967. No one knew who he was then; in fact this film was made less than a year after he changed his last name from “Jones” to “Bowie.”

The Image has rarely been seen over the  last 50 years–but now we have the Internet, right? There are no secrets anymore.
