Details of Chester Bennington’s Will Revealed

Before he decided to leave this planet, Chester Bennington made sure that his affairs were in order so that his wife and kids would never want for anything.

According to his will, Chester’s entire retirement savings and all his other assets will be divided among his six children through the Chester and Talinda Bennington Family Trust, something that’s been in existence since 2007. He had three of those children with Talinda and the other three from previous relationships.

Other funds have been set aside to cover travel expenses so that the kids can regularly see each other. That was another request in the will.

I request that my children’s mothers or guardians encourage and allow my children to visit with one another and with my extended family and the extended family of my spouse on a regular and ongoing basis so that my children know that they have a large and loving family.

Talinda is the executor of Chester’s estate and has the rights to all of his music from now on.
