I wish someone had told me that Dynamic Range Day was happening on March 27 so I could have jumped in with my whining about badly mastered albums in the Loudness Wars.
There are plenty of albums that are crushed to the point of insanity. One of worst current offenders is Taylor Swift’s 1989. Look.
