Director David Lynch has made an album with his monkey. You read that correctly.

We can always count on David Lynch to do things…differently. The director recently released a short film called What Did Jack Do? on Netflix. Jack, his co-star, is Lynch’s monkey.

Now there’s a soundtrack–sort of–coming, led by a single entitled “True Love’s Flame,” which is “sung” by Jack himself. The b-side of the coming 7-inch is “Dancin’ in the World of Love,” which Lynch describes as “an excellent example of Cruz’s emotional prowess and magical, gold-dipped vocal cords.”

Right. Judge for yourself.
