Radio Trailblazers is a Canadian volunteer organization that celebrates and supports women in radio through education, inspiration, and mentorship.

The Rosalie Award recognizes Canadian women who have blazed new trails in radio. Rosalie Award winners are women who have successful careers in the radio industry and are seen as leaders, mentors and people making a difference in our business.
