I notice that it’s not mentioned that this is 1) obviously a joke and 2) filmed in 1999, It was definitly officially relased by the Foo Fighters, i’m pretty sure it’s from the enhanced CD of “There is Nothing Left to Lose” (the Foo’s third album) it is certainly from that era, in any case.
