WTF?

Elon Musk is selling a song about NFTs as an NFT. UPDATE: No, he’s not.

Two pieces of news about one of the richest humans in the galaxy today. First, he’s changed his title at Tesla from CEO to “Technoking of Tesla.” I’m not kidding.

Second, he’s following in his partner’s footsteps by releasing music as an NFT (non-fungible token). Grimes made US$6 million doing that earlier this year, so Elon figures “Hey! I like to make music, too! Let me try that.”

So he has. He’s written a song about NFTs that he’s, er, also selling as an NFT.

Props to this dude, too. I wish I’d thought of it.

UPDATE: About a day after Elon made this announcement, he decided against everything.
