Since there will be precious little news generated during the next three weeks, the world defaults to making best-of lists.  Here are two to get you started.

Top 100 Vinyl Releases

The Vinyl Factory’s list is pretty eclectic and loaded with potential music discoveries. Once you’re done with that, try their lists of the most collectible records, the top album cover artwork and top vinyl reissues of the year.

The 30 Best Music Videos 

Yes, they still make music videos, but almost exclusively for the YouTube crowd. This list comes from The Huffington Post. I like this one from Perfume Genius.
