EVENT – Remixing Our Experiences: Exploring Career and Education Pathways with Black & Indigenous Artists

On Wednesday, August 19 from 5 PM – 7:00 PM the UofT Hart House will be hosting Remixing Our Experiences: Exploring Career and Education Pathways with Black & Indigenous Artists. This looks like a fascinating chance to hear firsthand from Black and Indigenous hip hop community organizers, educators, and artists about their experiences and to learn about different educational and professional pathways.

Kicking off the discussions are artists including DrezusMahlikah AweriJ-Rebel, and more. If you have questions, stories and experiences of your own bring them along. There will also be sharing, resources and prizes at the end of the event.

You can learn more and register here: https://harthouse.ca/events/remixing-our-experiences/

All are welcome to attend but the event will be centring youth/student voices in this conversation.
