Ever wanted to eat like a roadie? Now you can with The Roadie Cookbook.

Back when tours rolled across the world, thousands of roadies made it possible. But with COVID having screwed things up, many of these touring professionals have been thrown out of work and are in many cases in desperate financial straits.

The Roadie Cookbook is a charity fundraiser for these people. It contains 50 recipes that have been literally roadtested over years and thousands of kilometres. When there’s no catering backstage, these are the kinds of meals roadies would enjoy.

All of the proceeds will go to British charities Music Support and Stagehand. Both provide funding for mental health first aid training. Buy the book here.
