Outside of Johnny Cash’s version of “Hurt,” I can’t think of too many occasions on which someone has covered Nine Inch Nails. Now, though, comes Buckcherry’s version of “Head Like a Hole.” This will appear on their next album, Warpaint, due March 8,

  • Why do established bands spend the time, money, and effort to record and release covers as singles? Have they run out of ideas? Do they feel their songs just aren’t good enough? I mena, I’m all for doing covers, but to release as a single? I don’t get it.
