GnR’s Duff McKagan Recalls Kurt Cobain’s Last-Ever Airline Flight

On the evening of April 1, 1994–Good Friday–Kurt Cobain walked away from a rehab centre in Southern California.  He cabbed it to the airport and booked himself on Delta Flight 788 to Seattle.  He would be dead in just a few days.

On that same flight was Duff McKagan of Guns ‘N Roses.  He hasn’t talked much about that flight–until now.  This is from Austrian TV.  The Kurt stuff starts about 9:20.
