Rock is supposed to be LOUD and IN YOUR FACE. Not this time, though.

Gutterdammerung is the work of director Bjorn Tagemose who has come with a dystopian vision of a world where guitars are not allowed. To quote him:“[It’s] set in a world where God has saved the world by taking from mankind the Devil’s ‘Grail Of Sin’ – the Evil Guitar.”

Oh, dear.

The movie will feature Mark Lanegan (Screaming Trees and a bunch of other projects) as a gravedigger. Other musicians include Lemmy, Iggy Pop, Henry Rollins, Tom from Slayer, Jesse from Eagles of Death Metal and members of Volbeat. More names will be announced soon.
